How does God BEGET like animals do ?
God creates but the word BEGETS involves copulation.
These are pagan ideas.

It refers to Jesus. Adam was made out of the earth. Jesus was not. Jesus was begotten of the Holy Spirit and the Virgin Mary and born in the way of all humans. That is the difference. The term "begotten not made" is part of the Nicene creed.
By the way the fellow above me is wrong. The Immaculate conception is about Mary's birth, not about Jesus' birth. Many people get that term wrong.

Begotten means born of a woman. It is an archaic, Middle-English verb that was used in the King James translation of the Bible.
It refers to childbirth or producing a child who was born, not adopted.

Not made by normal man and women with sexual intercourse. Mary conceived her child by way of God thru the His spirit to place child in her womb. The immaculate conception which completed one of many prophecies.
