a question about sweepstake lottos?

ok well i got this letter which i already asked about with a check cashed it blah blah blah anyways now after reading about it online i am 100 percent sure it was a scam how do i tell my bank and am i going to jail i have been crying all night long what do I do ??? I went from thinking I was a lucky winner to becoming a felon :(

let them know up front and they won't press charges make arrangements to pay it back. don't hind.

It is a Scam! Always remember if you did not enter a contest you are not going to be selected as a winner and receive a check!
