First, Nice car, I actually own two 64 Galaxies and love them both.
My first Gal was a 352 car and I can think of a few things you should look at. The stock valve springs (even new) may not be strong enough for a 572 lift. Also, the stock exhaust may be a little restrictive.
All that aside, I feel sure that you could easily pull 375 hp and somewhere near 400lb/ft torque at around 5000 rpm.
Better be sure the transmission is up to that.

Reality is probably closer to 380 horsepower. There was a 360 GROSS hp 352 that was equipped with an aluminum intake and four barrel from the factory. It never saw 427 heads. The smaller bore on the 352 would shroud the larger valves on the 427 head. I don't think there was any interference at normal lifts but it is close.
Wikipedia says it: "A note about 427 heads: heads designed for the 427 bore usually have larger valves that will not work in the smaller bore blocks. In addition, 427 valve stems may actually be separated farther apart within the casting both to take advantage of the larger bore, and to allow for larger valves. Some blocks, in order to use heads with the larger valves, may have their cylinder walls notched to clear the valves, but it is usually better to use the appropriate, rather than the largest, valve for the bore, as shrouding the valve against the cylinder wall is a major concern."
Gross horsepower includes the power to accelerate the accessories belts and flywheel (not usable HP)
I used to race a 332 many years ago with a cam that did not run below 2000 rpm (really). It probably did not produce 400 hp. with headers and everything but a blower.

The 1964 FE 352 is the Hypo 352, if its the stock version it should be a 4 bbl set up. In 1964 the Galaxie only offered a Hypo 352 for that year only, many came with the same heads as the 427 port set up. The 390 has a little more to offer so you might want to bore it out also. There are a lot of mods available through edlebrock talk to them to get the right set up.

Sounds nice. The best and only way to tell is with a pull on the dyno. Then you'll have the rear wheel HP and that is what meets the road. Other than that, it is all just guessing. good luck

sweet set up but the only way to really tell is to dyno you really dont know just by thinking of the part you putting in it or just driving it. Summit has equip. that you can hook to a laptop and then your car that tell you everthing. its a sweet little package I have it myself its very accurate.
