Considering that I 'm a born again Christian and I have the Mind of Christ I can do nothing but quote those things in which I have learned from that "man -made book",as you call it. Those scriptures are spoken straight from the unction of the Holy Spirit to the choosen men of God. See the problem here is that you see with your natural eyes . You speak of a goddess that "could've MADE" this world. The thing about that is this ......
There is only one thing that God cared enough or loved enough about to actually make and that was mankind! He actually reached into to the dirt and ptu us together and blew the breath of life into us. However, All other parts of creation in His Divinity, He spoke all other things into existence. That is why He is God and NOT some goddess. He is, was, and always will be God all by Himself.

As a pagan, I don't believe the god from the bible created much of anything but monism and a lot of strange illogical rules. What I believe is that the Goddess and the God ARE the world, they emanate from the world and every living creature here, even the divisive monistic people who answered your question. Listen, they can't help it, they are brought up to believe in "my god is bigger than your god" and all that thinking is just so terribly divisive. Ah well...

No, i cant prove without a shadow of a doubt that my God created the universe. Have you ever just felt something in your heart that had no proof but you knew it was regardless? Belief is something that you just know inside. I believe in Jesus Christ and His sacrifice on my behalf. I do know there has been many "scientific" projects conducted to disprove the Bible and the events in it. These studies have not been able to disprove them. Atheist say believing in God is unrealistic. Yet it seems as though believing we just happened to be born on a planet exactly where we could survive with the oxygen we need, the water we require , and the food to sustain us is unrealistic to me. Earth is far enough away from the sun so we don't burn but close enough to provide sunlight for warmth and to grow food. That is just coincidence? I dont think so. The human body is an amazing species with many intricate and precise functions that seem to disprove the randomness of coincidences. You cant "prove" the wind. You can only see its effect but you still know its there and that it is real. God is real. I dont know what "goddess" you believe in but can you "prove" she exist(ed)?

Goddess considered as idols.

And God created the whole earth and world.
God from the BIBLE said HE created the world.
Just accept the fact, don't change it!

whether you believe or not, it's up to you to decide.

I believe because the Bible is truth, and your goddess did not send her son to die for me, and for the whole world. If the bible was a man made book, you would not care if we quoted from it, would you?

The question is not answerable either way due to needed information being outside the physical system.

Or, why should it matter how the universe was created? We have to deal with social and physical systems that are unique to this place and time. If the concept of an afterlife is valid, we'll all find the answer in due time.

some things we know in our hearts when others rebuff that knowledge. I know that God, Almighty created not only the earth but the heavens... all that is seen and unseen.... in my heart, mind and spirit i know that He is the Creator.... because i don't just have a 'religion' i have a relationship with my Lord and thru the Holy Spirit within me, He has revealed so much more than any book or idea could fathom

That is a gnostic idea. They thought Sophia gave birth to Yahweh and he (being an ignorant and incompetent demi-god who though he was the highest god) made the universe out of vast amounts of matter. When he saw all the matter he said “Behold, all that matter, and it’s all mine, I am GOD!” But then his mother, Sophia (“Wisdom”), came down from the higher dimensions and gave him a slap across the back of the head to silence him, but even that didn’t work since he continued to be a loudmouth right up until the cosmic Christ came down to kick his butt all the way to hell. Now he’s gone fortunately.

I know because the BIBLE tells me so....
Just think, IF I am right and you are wrong, where will you be?
There is a heaven and a HELL. It is real.
Thou shall have no other graven images before me.
I am sorry you are willing to risk the chance to not receive the word of life.
May you discover the one and only ~ God Jesus Christ's truth.

Because your 'goddess' didn't leave a book about her deeds. Know how I know this. Your 'goddess' is a tree hugger and would never cut a tree down to make paper.
How about next time you want to ask a question, think about it. Then DON'T!!!!
