how can i endow a small scholarship?

i want to start a $200 a year scholarship that goes only to my own high school, are there companies that run these sorts of things?

I recommend approaching your high school's guidance office about starting one. They can point you in the right direction on starting one since they keep a list of local scholarships for current students on file.
