I've always had hair down to my waist, I will never cut or color it. My daugther had always been proud of her waist length hair too, but age 15 succumbed to peer pressure to cut it. At least she donated it to Locks for Love, a group that collects the hair and makes wigs for kids undergoing chemo. I'm still getting used to it though.

I guess it would kind of depend on how much time and maintenance you want to put into, though both can take time. Short hair is usually more manageable and you can do more things with it. Long hair tends to get heavy and it can be hard to keep it healthy the longer it gets, however I prefer longer (on girls anyway).

Depends on the face. Ungly faces had better go with long to hide it. Short hair can draw attention to perfect features and be really cute.
If you're talking about guys: short all the way.

Short hair----Soooooooo much easier to take care of! And I can always wear a wig if I get the urge to have long hair.

Long on a lady and short on a guy.....
Again, depends on personal preference and how it looks on an individual....Hair should also suite the persons expected job dress code depending on their work type.

i really like them both i had long hair for a while and it was to much of a hassle so i cut, now that i have cut i want it back but i still like my sort hair but once your use to something for so long then you miss it when its gone but now that its short its quicker to do.
