I agree with Dyamond...i have my tounge pierced when i was 18 and my mom didnt see it for almost a year...and i live with her...the only reason she knows now is b/c i always tell on myself...and ya know what F -OFF to ALL the PEOPLE who said that is $LUTTY...look in the mirror and AND QUIT F_ING JUDGING PEOPLE! DO YOU DO WHAT YOU WANT?? AND IF SO AND I DONT AGREE WITH IT THEN ARE YOU A $LUT TOO? DONT APPRECIATE ALL THE HOES WHO ARE WISHIN THEY WERE ME! ........................................................AND IF YOU WANT TO KNOW WHY I GOT MY TONGUE PIERCED THEN I WILL TELL YOU THE TRUTH AND SAY THAT I WAS BORED ONE DAY AND POPPED UP AND SAID HUMMMMM I THINK I WILL GET MY TONGUE PIERCED.....THAT IS THE TRUTH!! I respect what other people have said about people getting their tongue piercings. I no its thier own opinion but they really dont have to be so harsh and say it makes them look slutty, people tend to get piercings as a self expression, or because they like it. AND it does not make them look slutty!!!!

Well i dont think its sluty, nasty, or symbolize anything they dont want it 2. They(me) get it because they(me) want to and because it makes other ppl mad like da ones who have answered this question and dont really kno the true answer. No on knows y ppl do things unless they ask that person. Jus because 1 person got it for their reason does not mean everybody got it for the same reason as da other person

Most of the girls who do that don't even do the things that would make relations with a guy more pleasureable. They just do it to annoy their parents.

i got mine peirced because i wanted to..im into tattoo's and peircing but i have a proffesional job so i get peired and tattoo'd in places you cant see..and tongue is an easy one to hide from my clients..and also my boyfriend enjoys it.when i....never mind.lol

Because they think they are attractive which they are not. I'm sick of seeing girls like that. I think Gina Glocksen was eliminated from American Idol because of that horrible pierce, of course her voice wasn't pleasant either.

Cause it's the trendy and slutty thing to do! And it's a not-so-subtle way of letting guys (and the rest of the world) know that you like to give oral sex.

becuase all their friends want to do what the others doing.
they think it makes them look better,.. no wiat, $exy, or it shows that they like to have oral $ex. its supposed to enhance the sensation for the other partner
becuase they like pain. thats why peircings started I guess.
