if social security disability is your only income, you'd have no tax to pay.
you get no "credit" for being disabled, unless you are legally blind.
You would not be eligible for any type of refund if SS disability is your only income.

If your only income is Social Security, you have no tax liability. You don't need to file, nor are there any tax credits that you would qualify for.

You'd only get a refund if you paid something in for withholding, and didn't owe any taxes or owed less than you paid in.
