Yes, the tetanus vaccines for adults and children contain metals.
Aluminum, mercury the only one that doesn't contain mercury is DTaP for children. If a vaccine says it is mercury free it is not always right, almost all of them contain mercury even though stated they don't they contain a very small trace amount. The package inserts for the individual vaccines will state if there is a large amount or a trace amount of mercury. The other scary thing is that it contains formaldehyde which is a neurotoxin(toxic to the brain.

None of the vaccines should contain heavy metals. Vaccines used to contain mercury as part of a preservative but this was banned by the FDA for over ten years now. This is the same for vaccines for children also despite what has been reported by the popular media.

I doubt that any tetanus vaccine contains,even if it does there are different vaccines for adults and for children
