honestly, i think its a silly question, but in my opinion, he'd smell like my dad.
my dad does not wear cologne, but he has his own smell (everyone does, its just that some people's sense of smell is not tuned to look for it)
i have a great dad, and when i was little and he was gone for a while, nothing was better when he got home than to run up and get a hug and smell that familiar smell. The one that means "im here, everythings alright, i love you"
thats what God smells like.

Well, it all depends on your definition of "God". If God is just an idea, a concoction, a figment of one's imagination, then he/she/it doesn't "wear" anything, especially cologne. But it's an amusing question and it appears to have kept away the religious nutcases who usually frequent this topic board.
