I have gastroparesis, or stomach paralysis. And because of this, I need to change my diet. I know about eating 6-8 times a days and to go for the softer foods. But I living on ensure, slimfast, and yogurt alone can get boring, and I may be dealing with this for a long time.

Can anyone give me a good website that details what kind of foods I can eat and what I should avoid. And I do mean details. Finding generalities is too easy. Thanks ya'll!

Yes, I can provide you with a good website to help with the foods. This site is from the Virginia health system and is easy to understand. Please page down as there is a lot of information and the foods start on page 3.
