My son is 22 months old and he's never had any type of cold but about every 4 months he gets diarrhea for a straight week. Sometimes it's with vomiting but sometimes without. Has anyone else experienced this with an otherwise perfectly healthy baby?

It is probably with teething. You're giving him cows milk when he has diarrhea? If so you should try and change the milk to a special formula for diarrhea.

My oldest would get diarrhea for no apparent reason.
Keep his electrolytes up with some like pedisure. Otherwise consult your peditrician. They do eventually out grow it or at least don't tell you about it! lol

is he still teething? Teething will cause it
