Xerox is very much like a necessary component of Windows that helps manage/scan documents, so I think you're not supposed to remove it (as far as I've seen, it's merely an empty folder in Program Files). MSN can be removed entirely in Control Panel -> Add/Remove Programs -> Add/Remove Windows Components. Outlook Express will never be removed entirely as it was designed to be the main news/email receiver if there was no subsitute, and you can only remove the access to it, as well as the shortcuts. Microsoft Frontpage is not a component of Windows XP, it is a component of Office XP and earlier now discontinued.

Just go to Control Panel and click it.
Then click Add / Remove Programs.
A list showing each program installed will appear.
Click on the Program that you want to get rid of.
Click on the button on the right side to remove the program.
That's it. You can select another program and uninstall it.

For Pete's sake - why do you want to delete them? If you don't load them at startup, surely you have enough disk space to let them be.
Outlook Express is an e-mail service which many people use and like.
