I have a six pack, but there is still some fat on top of it. Is there a way to get rid of that also?

running sprints either 100 or 200 yards at maximum effort for 10-15 minutes 3x a week will jack up your metabolic rate and take care of that last bit of body fat.

The quickest way I've found is to use one of those wheels with the handles on them. Roll back and forth while on your knees and holding on to the wheel. Not kidding. The only thing you need to watch out for is reaching too far out with it until you've used it for at least 2 weeks.
