if her shirt, is not extremely low cut, but since you're in view from a higher level, do you actually get a view? A shirt let's say that from a person of the same height (let's say my height, 5'4") not very much would be exposed, but would a taller guy, 6' and over be able to see more? Especially if they're standing close?

Yes, they can. Try it with your girlfriend - wear a shirt in question, ask her to stand on a stool or something, so that her head is at the level of 6'0 tall person. She will tell you everything she sees. Exchange roles if you want to see for yourself.

Well, I'm about 6'0", and If a girl that's 5'4" is wearing a shirt that's not extremely low cut, as you said, then no, we can't see THAT much more.
