a good bra! The only way they could be so bouncy is if your not wearing one or it's not fit properly, go to Victoria Secret and ask one of the ladies to fit you w/ a perfect bra that will keep then in place...that's what bras are for. Mine are bouncy if I don't wear a bra

pushups with your arms out wide will strengthen your pec muscles and help hold everything in place. also lifting weights with your arms will tighten those muscles. and just get a sport bra (or 2) that fits. I am an Irish dancer and some of the girls i dance with will wear a regular lightly padded bra UNDER a tight sports bra to reduce bounce. Good Luck!

Go get fitted for a good bra. There are some really secure fitting ones out there. Also, try not walking so fast. It could just be the way you walk?!?!?! By the way, a lot of women would love to have your problem.

You are not wearing the right kind of bra. I would suggest a bra that offers better support than what you currently are wearing. You are probaly not wearing the right size also. I would go to your local department store bra department and have them measure you. In addition, I would try a Walcoal bra. Oprah swears by them and even gave them away on her "my favorite things episode".

Find a bra that will help support your boobs the way you like. That is the only thing that can really help bouncy boobs.

with better support.Maybe you need to be sized properly.

Try getting properly fitted for a bra. Another thing to try would be to a different kind of bra, with thicker straps and have to strach material in them. Sports bras may or may not work for you, it might be worth giving them a try, but be careful they show more obviously through clothing.

If you are really bobbing around, you are definitely wearing the wrong type of bra. You need to get a bra with more support and maybe non-stretch shoulder straps. I would suggest that you go to a lingere store like Victoria Secret and tell the ladies there your problem and they should be able to help you.

Girl, get yourself a bra that will hold your boobs in place! A nice sports bra or just a decent Victoria's secret bra with underwire support. If you run around a lot, be sure to wear a sports bra. (Or two).

Sports bra, or go to a good bra store and have a fitting for a specialty firm support bra. You'll fork over more cash than you would in, lets say, a depatment store or something along that line, but it's worth it!
