The only kick-back that I know of is when a person gets something in return (a kick-back) for doing something for someone else. For instance, I am in the pool construction business. If I have a landscaper friend that is doing work at someones house and that person wants to have a pool built, my landscaper friend will suggest to his customer that I do the job. If I get the job I give my landscaper friend some money (a kick-back) for getting me the business. And visa-versa. If I am building a pool and my client wants some landscaping done, I will suggest my landscaping friend get the job. If he gets it, he will give me some money (a kick-back) for getting him the business.
I have no idea what a bro is unless you're talking about a friend. You would sometimes refer to him as your brother or bro.

Kickback??? If I have an insurance company and you have a repair facility, I will take bids from 3 repair shops to do the work. You are not the lowest bid, so I call you and tell you that you need to bid a certain amount to get the job. You lower your bid, I give you the job and in return for me making sure you got the job, you will slip me a few hundred "under the table". Got it? Thats just one example. It is used through out the world.
Bro? Just a short for brother. Created and used by blacks, Pops

A kick-back is a gratuitous payment made to a person for a referral of business.
A "bro" is a slang term for brother - used to mean a buddy or friend.

It is money given under the table, so to speak, for doing something for someone. Like giving a referral to a salesman. You get a kick back. It can also mean 'relax'. Depends on if it is a noun or a verb.
