No, it has nothing to do with your actual given name but with the reputation that is associated with you and your name. My grandfather always said that the worst thing someone could do was to take away your good name. basically, what the verse means is that you can have all the money in the world, but having people think well of you, and think of you as a worthy person is worth much much more.

Lol no dear HE was referring to the way we live our lifestyle. We ought to be careful of what we see, hear and say. because keeping your name or your self blameless is better that riches.
