If you are trying to make a retaliation to the "tell us a story of the scariest christian you ever met" can I ask something? In what way are you behaving better than he/she is? When Jesus was being hung on the cross did he make any bitter responses to his executioners?
Just some friendly advice from a fellow Christian. Don't forget to turn the other cheek. There are some perfectly good athiests out there, as well as some pretty bad christians.

Years ago, when I finally realized that I had crossed the Rubicon and could no longer call myself a person of religious faith, I sought out the company of other nontheists. I went to a meeting of avowed atheists hoping to join in on a positive discussion of the world without superstition. Unfortunately, the group spent most of the afternoon swapping stories of how they had vandalized Gideon Bibles they at each of the hotels and motels at which they'd stayed. They were literally patting each other on the back for their "accomplishments." It almost made me physically sick to listen to them--not so much the thought of the pages being torn out or obliterated, but the lack of respect they showed to those people who think different than they. All I could think about was someone checking into a motel, deeply depressed and confused, considering suicide, and happening upon the Gideon Bible, only to find it in shreds.
I walked out of that atheist meeting and never returned to another purely "atheist" group. In the end that turned out to be a good thing for me, as it helped me continue to question myself about what I believed and what kind of person I wanted to be. Had I not been so disgusted by that group, I might not have discovered secular humanism.
Now that I've had more experience with nontheists of all kinds, I can attest that the above group was in no way representative of most atheists. Most would be as appalled as I was by the idea of vandalizing private property. But you asked for the scariest atheist story.

Here is a scary (true) atheist story for you. I have a childhood friend who, with her husband, is a self-proclaimed atheist. One Christmas the two of them spent the holiday at a hotel or lodge, and to "celebrate" the season, her husband burned a Gideon Bible in the fireplace. As an agnostic, I do not condone such activity, but you are looking for a scary atheist, and I tend to think that he fills the bill!

Once upon a time there was an awful, abhorrent, appalling, atrocious atheist. She used rationale and integrity to teach the children of the world. She never once mentioned the Bibble. In the Bibble was God. God said so in the Bibble. This woman was not a soldier for God.
So God sent Jesus. To eat her.
The End.

Scariest one I ever met was a born again christian. He had these tatoos on him with bible verses ONLY. No other god was mentioned at all. I told him he was 99% Atheist. He said 'Those other gods don't exist,' and then he proceeded to the pulpit and told a bunch of people that unless they accepted Jesus as their personal lord and savior they were going to burn in hell for all eternity. He believed it too. Scariest thing I ever saw.

The scariest story an atheist told me was that God was all in my head and that he doesn't exist. I believed him and still do. The scariest story of Christians are that they killed innocent people during the Salem Witch Trials and are still killing people today. George W. Bush for example. His Bible tell him "thou shalt not kill" and he still kills that is scary!

Of the atheists I know, none of them are scary. I never even would have known until we discussed religion and spirituality.

My car wouldn't start in the parking lot. I noticed a car with a "darwin" tag on it. Well, soon the owner showed up, and he asked me if I needed any help.
I say "yes", and he tried to start the car, looked under the hood, and then offered to give me a ride home and use his cell phone while we took me.
Can you believe that?
