The nature or nurture question is dead...its nature and the only remaining questions deal with the specifics of how it happens, not where it happens.

Studies conclusively prove that a persons chance of being homosexual increases astronomically with successive births of a single gender.

So, if your mom gives birth to children in this sequence:

1. Boy
2. Boy
3. Boy
4. Boy

Every boy born born further down an UNINTERRUPTED SEQUENCE (interrupted by birth of female) of boys has a higher chance of being homosexual.

At this point, it appears to be a process that occurs in the womb, essentially, the womans body is expecting a female, or in other words, theres some biochemical process that attempts to insure balance of the sexes, which triggers.

Odd that God would make such a process...aint it?

God didn't. The fall of man put all this sick thoughts into ones mind, brought sickness, disease, etc. etc..

First, let me say that I do not believe that homosexuals are any more evil or sinful than heterosexuals. I do not believe that homosexuality, in general, is a choice. There may be some people who, for whatever reason, chose to be that way but most are probably born homosexual. Obviously, nature requires a man and a woman for reproduction. It was not originally intended for men to be with men or women to be with women. I think that homosexuality must have come about as a result of our banishment from Eden. Inside the Garden, we were perfect. Outside, we're flawed and subject to diseases, mental disorders, birth defects, etc. I apologize if what I've said offends anyone. It's only a theory. All I know is that I've always been taught that God is love. I hardly think that He would send anyone to Hell just for being homosexual if they were born that way. Christians are supposed to be about forgiveness, not persecution.

There is more to this theory, (and it is still a theory because it has yet to be proven).

As a christian, I want to state right up front that God did not dream this up just to torture people. Let's look at the bigger picture from the standpoint of animals first.....

In the animal kingdom, in mammals particularly, an overabundance of male offspring is a bad thing because the environment is overpopulated with males trying to build their own "harem" of females, and fighting with one another -- to the death. This means the ultimate demise of that clan of animals, and thus the end of the bloodline. It collapses because the younger males are overrun by the older males and killed off. In extremely male-dominated populations, even very young males, before they mature, are targeted.

To prevent this from happening, the more successive males concieved by a mother, the less likely the younger males are to be apt to reproduce, thus ending the fighting and giving the younger males a chance to survive, and find a suitable set of females in another far away area. This increases the possibility of the bloodline carrying on, because the "gay" male offspring still have the ability to reproduce, but they have a reduced desire.

This affects humans, too, because we are of the animal kingdom, and we are mammals biologically.

God understands that we are subject to our animal self. This is our "Flesh" or "Fleshly Desires". God gave us a wonderful gift of reason with which we can rise above the animal instincts and grow closer to God.

Homosexual desires are no worse than hetrosexual ones. God said that any sexual activity outside of a sanctioned marriage is a sin. Now, God designed sex as the route of reproduction, and a two-parent family with one male parent and one female parent as the optimal grouping for the successful raising of children.

Any use of the gift of sex outside of the design is particularly disappointing to God.

Today's human society misuses sex as a form of entertainment which is sinful, whether hetrosexual or homosexual in nature.

Our society is also looking away when people commit other sins, such as stealing or blaspheming. Oh, sure, we put some people in prisons for their works against society, but we do nothing to help others learn what their weaknesses are and how to resist them.

I think it is we humans who are torturing other humans, and that is wrong. If we were truly following God's word, we would be encouraging one another to resist whatever sins we desire due to our being living fleshly beings.

There are other studies of homosexuality being proven as nature, but thats besides the point.

Anyhow, thats a question I've always had in mind. Why did God make homosexuals. Something people can't control.

I guess some people would reason it the same way of why God make sociopaths, pedophiles, and retarded people.

I don't know why or what kind of God makes any of those. Things that people cannot help to be. It does not make much sense.

Edit: I am not comparing mentally challenged people and homosexuals to being as evil as pedophiles or anything. I am just giving example of other things that cannot be controlled.

And your source for this is?

Here is a fact for you, homosexuals are not born. Source: Hundreds of studies that have failed to prove that homosexuality is anything other than a chosen lifestyle. There is no "gay" gene! If there were such proof do you not think that it would be blaring from every media outlet?

Yes, I know every homosexual here will tell you that they were born that way, that they have been attracted to the same sex since they were born, puberty generally occurring somewhere between the ages of 10-12 notwithstanding.

God did not create homosexuals He calls it an abomination. He wrote, I quote it.

GOD never created Homosexuality Man did. They did it when they decided to sin. If truth be told GOD is not to be blame for anything evil and sinful that happens in this world HE laid down the ground rules and the consequences we disobey the rules now we are facing the consequences. Also sin has so much to do with generations this is why you find that so many people follow the same pattern of the same sin specifically in a familys generation.

God does not create a person with homosexual desires. The Bible tells us that a person becomes a homosexual because of sin (Romans 1:24-27), and ultimately because of their own choice. A person may be born with a greater susceptibility to homosexuality, just as people are born with a tendency to violence and other sins. That does not excuse the person choosing to sin by giving into their sinful desires. If a person is born with a greater susceptibility to anger / rage, does that make it right for then to give into those desires? Of course not! The same is true for homosexuality.

My grand mother on my father's side give birth to 12 children. 10 boys and 2 girls. She had ten boys one after the other, then two girls. Neither of those boys are homosexuals. I can tell you this though. I have friends who are homosexuals when I asked them what happened, why they are like this, neither of them told me that they were born that way; rather, they were abused by their fathers or a close relative. One of them, that I grew up with, I thought that he really was born that way, because his behaviour was so different from the rest of boys, come to find out recently, that his father had abused him and his other 4 siblings (2 boys and 2 girls). His older brothers were mentally deranged and died at a very young age and he turned out to be homosexual. So if God made homosexuals, then He made child molesters, murderers and the list goes on. Homosexuality is a choice, the same as murders and child offenders...

For the same reason short people are that way or some have long arms or big eyes or some like chocolot whilst others hate it or why some like hot weather or why some like fellatio whilst others like cunningless. As for the idea that god (Whomever that is ) made only straights then I guess that Adam with his middle eastern appearence and Eve as well alon with their language, likes, dislikes, desires, tastes, wheight, hair color, interests , ways of thinking ect are the only true humans.Give me break sounds to much like when slavery was justified because they believed they were cursed or that Asians were believed to be freak occurence of humanity.

Interesting. I have always believed that we are born with our sexuality. God would never disapprove of any love that is genuine and good.

It must be a difficult time for an adolescent realizing that they are homosexual. Especially if they come from ignorant parents. I just so hope they get some help from someone with insight and intelligence.

God did not make homosexuality....the fall of Adam & Eve brought that about and a ton of other aberrations. The actual sin? Pride, of course! They wanted to be equal to God.
