Almost impossable. 2002 new style altimas have lots of electronic controls. Pedals, clutch, plumbing and axles,are easy compaired to the Engine/transmission controls that have to be different and the three wireing harnesses.That said you would be better off finding one of the rare 6 speed 3.5 liter cars and selling the car with an automatic. Or even the altima SER

yes, you can switch the transmission to a manual! But to tell ya it is not much fun! You will have to change the wiring for the transmission and add in the slave cylinder assembly along with the pedals! That will be hardest part! Because of taking the dashboard apart to install the assembly. It would be easier if you get a another car from a salvage yard and then you could strip all the parts from one to the other, would save you alot of money and you would know where to put everything.
The other alternative would be to send it to a shop to have the job performed. That would be really expensive and would be alot cheaper to just purchase another car.
Hope this helps.

You would need a donor standard altima.Try the auto wreckers because you need the clutch pedal,slave cylinder, shifter, console, flywheel etc;etc;
