What should I use for my bikini area? I don't want to shave it (it'll burn really bad that way) and I've tried Nair but that doesn't work that well... how well does waxing work? Does it hurt really bad? Where can I get it and how much does it cost? Thnx!

It works well - takes away bumps and gives you a smooth finish. It depends on the person for how long it lasts, like it can last 2 weeks for some and 2 months for others! But it doesnt cost much at all - maybe $20 for a decent one and you can get it at almost any salon or nail salon.

I would suggest waxing. I don't , however, suggest a nail salon. That's just what it is, a NAIL SALON, not a WAXING salon... that's not what they specialize in & they don't use the best wax always. Make sure you go to a lisenced esthetician, and make sure they use cream wax- not honey wax. It should cost about $45-50, and you could expect a fair amount of pain the 1st time, but it is SO worth it! You only have to do it once a month, and it really thins out the hair, so that while it's growing out (between waxes), it's much more "tame". Just look for a local salon in your area that does waxing, facials, massages, hair, etc... a full service salon is the best way to go. ALso, take a couple ibuprofin 30 min before - it'll help the pain a little. good luck!

Look for a local professional waxing salon. It will not be pleasant, so prepare yourself by taking a few advils an hour ahead of time.

Also, look into laser hair removal. It was the only thing that worked for me after trying shaving, depilatories, and waxing.

yes waxing hurts and prices vary. it all depends on where you go. laser hair removal is what ive done and that the best to me! its pricey but worth it! its also painful but numbing creams help with that.
