The entire world witnessed it. The Logan Act makes it a felony for any American "without the authority of the United States" to communicate with a foreign government in an effort to influence that government's behavior on any "disputes or controversies" with the United States. This offense is magnified when the usurpation of the President's authority is committed by a member of Congress, let alone the speaker of the House.
So, how do I have Nancy Pelosi arrested?

I disagree, because it was politically motivated and in my opinion treasonous. I seriously think that she should be arrested for treason and prosecuted, and ABSOLUTELY removed from office.

these are private persons arrests because you don't actually have to be a citizen to make one.
most federal laws are felonys, but not all.
Any peace officer can arrest for a felony if he/she suspects a felony has been committed, whether they witness the crime or not, or whether or not a felony has actually been committed. They arrest for SUSPICION of the crime.
If the violation is a misdemeanor, the crime has to be witnessed, and the witness (if the victim saw the crime occur it's they are the witness and the victim) can make a private persons arrest. If no one witnessed the crime the victim can make a crime report and if there is physical evidence that links the suspect to the crime the suspect can be charged with the violation and ordered to appear in court without actually being arrested. If they fail to appear after being ordered by the court to appear a warrant is usually issued for their arrest.
"Dog" is a bounty hunter. He only arrests people who were charged with a crime, POSTED BAIL then jumped bail (didn't appear in court when they were supposed to). His arrest is for the failure to appear and the bail violation. Bounty hunters are allowed to carry guns when they are "hunting", can break into houses, don't need search warrants, and a whole list of other things that will land you in jail. There is a list of laws governing bounty hunters.
If your crook is in another state and violated a federal law, was a report filed? Do the feds want him/her? will they file charges with the US Attorney? if it was a felony, and they want him/her, call the US Marshall's office in your region and tell them where this person is, what he/she's charged with. They'll confirm it and arrest the person.
entered after your addendum:
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA. That's funny.
Listen, if they won't arrest that tratorist biT ch Jane I hate america Fonda they're sure not going to arrest speaker of the house nancy pelosi.
You sure got me good though. good one!!!!

An arrest by a citizen can be validly made on the following:
1. When a person is about to commit or has committed a crime.
2. When a person has personal knowledge of the crime committed.
3. When a person knew that an inmate escapes from prison.

Looks like everyone missed your point. Pelosi evidentlly thinks that she is above the law. Always has, apparently.
President Bush and the rest of the present administration have shown a lot of class by not taking Pelosi to task for her actions. And apparently most of the world has "considered the source" and her political motivation, and let it go as well.

I'm not sure that federal law has a provision for a private person's arrest. There are some who make the argument that because it si available under English common law, it is thus somehow legal under our federal law, though to my knowledge this has not been clearly established.
Each state will have its own laws that govern what must be done or conveyed to make a private person's (citizen's) arrest.

In theory, you're supposed to be able to walk up to the person and tell them you are placing them under citizens arrest. You can hold them until the police arrive.
The sticky part comes if they resist. You could find yourself in a fight, and get injured, or if the arrestee gets injured they could sue you.
It would be better to call the police (or if it's federal the FBI) and tell them that you know where this person is, and give them a description of the person, the car they are driving, direction of travel, etc. Be a good witness, and stay safe.

That's hard. Typically, if you witness a crime. You make a citizen's arrest by informing a police officer that you want to make a citizen's arrest. This would usually happen if this is the type of crime a police would need to witness in order to make an arrest on his own. Have you tried to inform the police of the crime. Depending upon the severity, they may investigate your claims and make an arrest based on their investigation.

Watch "Dog the Bounty Hunter" he does it all the time.
The only difference is that a bounty hunter does it for the money but basically it is exactly the same.
