well we both work together in a restaurant. He is always staring at me and following me with his eyes. and he gives alot of eye contact when he is talking to me. I just got off work and he was going outside for a break and asked me to come along and talk to him. He stayed with me and walked me to my car.
Today i worked with him again. He was being kind of quiet and shy then out of nowhere he said that a fellow coworker asked him if i was his girlfriend. (she saw us outside together) then he said it was funny. then when i left he said hope you have a nice day etc. As i was walking to my car i saw him watching me. What does this all mean.

Here are a few things to look for when you are with him...
He will be shy around you, but will still talk to you.
He will smile at you uncontrollably.
When you walk into a room, he immediately looks at you because he knows you are there.
He will watch you when you aren't looking and then when you catch him looking at you, he will turn the other way, but then look back!
He will buy you little thoughtful gifts (pack of gum, fav candy, flowers, food, etc)
When you look into his eyes you can feel that he truly loves you...his eyes will sparkle and his pupils will dialate.
Look at his body language...if you are sitting down, he will have his body leaning towards you, or if he is crossing his legs, his feet will be pointing towards you.
He might brush up against you.
He will tell you!

Your first paragraph gave plenty of evidence that he's interested in you.
The story about the person inquiring about a relationship could have no meaning beyond passing on a funny comment. If he intended a deeper meaning, it was probably a gentle probe to gauge your level of interest. If your reaction had been to snort and call the third party an idiot, then he'd conclude you have no interest. If you replied, "What a nice idea, did you tell her I was?", then he'd probably be emboldened to ask you out immediately. By presenting it as a funny story, he gave you an easy out to not say anything revealing. This tack avoids outright rejection, but trying even a subtle escalation like this can make a guy nervous, which would explain the quiet and shy behavior, until he got up the nerve to spit out what he wanted to say.

It could just mean that hes a really creepy stalker who wants to be seen with a wonderful lady . Or he really does like you , eye contact is keen . If hes not looking at your breast it means he really wants to respect you in every way, and walking you to your car is pure gentalmen kindness . So with out a doubt I would think its love for him :D well just remember my comment and best of luck with you ! :)
