Iam 12 years old,and I swear,I feel like the fattest person ever! I weigh 135 pounds.......friggin alot! And I want to lose like 45 pounds..........and I'm 5'6...And I am wanting to go on this diet ........but I don't want to make people think I'm aneroxic...Do you think I should lose weight???

if u are 5'6 don't lose 45 pounds, that will make u look anorexic
lose about 10 pounds because 5'6 is very tall
don't listen to NYC-FATCAT, anorexic is not better than fat, it is an eating disorder that is very serious
i swear, i'm not even kidding, u will look like a malnutritioned kid

1. At 12 years old, losing weight shouldn't even be on your mind.
2. Losing 45 pounds would put you at an unhealthy weight.

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

im 13 year old, girl, 5'5" and i weigh 125-126 pounds....you should lose about 5- 10 pounds to look skinnier..you should lose weight but not a lot..5-10 pounds will do..

It might not hurt to lose a little. Don't lose more than 10 pounds, though. Also, check with your doctor before you go on any diet.

You are 5'6! I don't think you are anywhere near fat. I know someone who is 5'2, and weights 130, and doesn't look fat at all. Maybe you have a lot of muscle? Or it could also be water weight.
