Yes, of course I do. The bible is the oldest book ever and as per God's instructions, not a word has changed. John 3:16 says For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life. He is our savior because He died on the cross for our sins.

No. I believe Jesus was a great prophet, but I don't believe he's the saviour. BTW, I have a wonderful life even though I don't believe Jesus is the saviour. I believe in and worship God and no one else and he has blessed my life.
NOTE: No where in the bible does Jesus say "I am God" and Jesus said he was the son of man.
Quotes from Jesus:
Matthew 9:6 "But that ye may know that the Son of man hath power on earth to forgive sins"
Matthew 16:13 "Whom do men say that I the Son of man am?"
Matthew 17:9 "Tell the vision to no man, until the Son of man be risen again from the dead."
I can go on and on, but you get the idea. Jesus didn't claim to be the son of God, other people made him that.

Jesus WAS a great prophet, but not God. By saying so, we are not calling Jesus (peace be upon him) a liar. We are saying that his message has been changed by human hands over the years to benefit themselves. Jesus was an honest man and did not claim to be the son of God.
You did, three hundred years later.

Only Christians believe this.
I believe Jesus was sent as a messenger of God to the people of that time and specifically he was the "saviour" of his disciples. They were his followers and he was there to show them the way back home. Jesus never said, "I am God". He said he was one with the father as we are all one with the father. All things are a part of God and an expression of God's thought. Everything that came into being is an aspect of the One Mind. All is one. Jesus was not a liar. He was greatly misunderstood by most.
God's universal promise is there will *always* be a messenger on the planet at all times to lead those who are ready back home. It's the only fair way.

To your additional details; since the bible only says that jesus says he's G-d...can you be 100%, after hundreds of years, sure? I mean, you don't think people could've changed words here and there? I know, it took me a while to get over that thought for a while.
No, jesus isn't a saviour. G-d, the indivisible One, is my Saviour.

To the extent that his followers abide within his supreme teaching, love, then they would behave in a manner that would reduce suffering for themselves and others. I'm not sure that's the same as being a "savior," but it is still pretty good stuff.
I believe the man was a good and important teacher and that faith in him has worked for many, many people. I do not have to accept him as my own savior to see the value of the "salvation" that belief in him has brought to so many.
I believe he was a Bodhisattva. What do you believe?

Jesus was a person around whom a mythic cult of divinity was created and perpetuated down through the centuries.
I know this answer is going to get a lot of thumbs down, but truth is sometimes vigorously rejected. Galileo was tried for heresy because he dared to say that the world is not the center of the universe.

Nope.
Based on the storybooks, I'd say he seemed like a pretty cool guy... but my soul is not in need of salvation, thanks.
And even if it was, I'm sure an almighty God could come up with a plan that didn't actually involve human sacrifice.

No, sorry. I believe the Bible is a collection of very old letters written by followers of a man named Jesus. A man who wanted to help Jews come out of the bad things that had happened to them over hundreds of years, and teach them how to stop acting like animals. I think that the Jews wanted him to be superman so badly, that they exaggerated the things he did. Who knows, maybe thousands of years from now, someone will be teaching little children that Bush could fly, and walk on water.

He's the only man I've heard of ever to raise people from the dead and this is well documented in Roman history. Further, the people who buried Jesus knew the prophesy, that he would resurrect in three days; they guarded the tomb to be sure he'd stay there. Guarding the tomb didn't work. If there would be anyone in history to be a Savior, it would have to be Jesus Christ. It is interesting that he said that all you have to do is believe. Not that difficult when you understand that Jesus lived in modern times. Although Jesus lived 2,000 years ago, the Romans had a system of laws much as we do today and they were excellent historians and record keepers.
