He teases me about how i dont come in to work on time and all i do all day is talk on the phone and then he will start laughing really funny and then stick his tounge out at me and then smiles at me .

I honestly think it depend on how old you both are and what he is teasing you about. Also, guys flirt with girls all the time, h could just be meaning it in a friendly way. For example, my cousin used to have the biggest crush on her brother's best friend when she was in fifth grade and he tenth. He constantly teases her about it, even when he has a girlfriend. Good luck with the guy!

It depends on the type of teasing. If it is complimentary, probably. If its insulting and depracating, then he either likes you and is as mature as a 3rd grader, or he doesn't like you at all.
Look at the way it makes you feel rather than if he likes you or not. If his teasing makes you feel belittled or ashamed, close off and spend less time with him. If that's the way he shows he likes you, you can do without that crap. If his teasing makes you blush and feel a little warmer inside (a gentle funny teasing, I think), then start sending little signals that says, 'I'm cool with you.' Touch his elbow when you're joking around or tap his knee if your sitting by him, smile at him for no reason, etc. He'll do the rest if he likes you.

Its often a shy guys way of flirting. He doesnt have the balls to flirt directly so he has to tease you. Expecially if the teasing is personal related (such as looks).

maybe, sometimes, maybe it means that he wants to be your friend or he trusts you. it depends on the guy because i have a friend that asked me out and i said no and now we are pretty cool friends and he teases and we just mess around all the time.

It sure indicates he's showing you attention. Let it go on a little longer & see what the outcome is. You have nothing to loose at this point. Maybe he's just too shy to come right out & speak his mind. For now, let his actions speak for him.
