Algebra is more of a religion than Christianity, etc.

You have to have faith that you can add, subtract, multiply and divide LETTERS!

Welcome to the religion and spirituality section.

I can tell you that whatever religious text this is from, you may want to consider converting to a religion with less math involved.

What is the difference to things that are positively imaginary and negatively imaginary? If I kill someone in my imagination, is that negative? If I eat something tasty in my imagination, is that positive?

By the way, if this is math homework, the answer may lie at the mouth of one of your pets. That is, I am sure your dog would be happy to eat it. Rodents will chew it, cats will scratch it, and birds, well... I dunno. but they will do something. And then you can say that your pet really did destroy it.
