Or do you prefer to hide that in the fine print?

(Noah's Flood)

As a man I don't get a vote.

If asked for my opinion, I say let the child live.

But I respect that it is not I who must abide by the decision made, and I recognize there are many situations where a woman's mental/physical health is at stake.

So I support the woman's right to make that decision.

I do -not- believe anyone has the right to make it for her.

I need no excuse.

I'd rather burn in hell for eternity than worship a baby-killer. You could give me a thousand years to think it over and the answer would be the same.

Dude, not only did he drown all the babies in the world, He took out all of mankind except for eight people and all the animals except those on the ark and those that live in the sea.

That is a selling point! You don't mess with power like that. Fine print? No way, that is a full blown Headliner. And if you think that was bad maybe you will be around for the Second coming, now that will be something like has never before been seen.

I do not hide anything. And I do not lie when talking about God. Now I am not saying I do not lie at all because as a human I do. It is there in the Bible that God made the flood. But you do not talk about why he made the flood. You are so gung ho on him killing the babies but go back and read your bible and you will understand. Also just our of curiosity are you Pro-Life or Pro-Choice?

It isn't even in the fine print. They don't consider the collateral damage, only the proposed targets. They use it as a selling point to show how their god loves people, but hates sinful people, and isn't too proud of his creation to destroy it all a few times in order to screw it up again. They just hope that next time will be better, but god already knows it won't. Sadistic bastard.

I find the best method of conversion is Hosea 13:16 where God threatens to kill all of the Samaritans (yes, even the Good Samaritan) and talks about dashing their infants against the rocks and cuting open the bellies of all their pregnant women.

God is great! Amen!

As a christian who are we to say anything about what God does? If the people in Noah's time listened to God and took heed to his warnings they would not have drowned. God ALWAYS gives you a chance! It was their own fault they died and their children to.
So yes I tell the whole bible, not what just works for my life.
The bible says the last days will be like the days of Noah. Look around at the world, just like the days of Noah. We are a godless generation and just like in Noahs days God is giving us signs and warnings but people will not listen and make fun of christians who do see the signs. It would be better for sinners if God would drown them but read Revelations, it's going to be misery.

The reason people died back in noahs time is because of unbelief of people like you, they mocked god and laughed at noahs beleif in god so you might should worry about the end of this life.

From the way i see it, God said, "Don't play by the pool kids"...they insisted with what they want to do ;)

The bible account may be literally taken, like a great flood as depicted, but it may also be taken allegorically, with bodies of water usually taken as a symbol of corruption and decay.

No, what I do is tell them what God says. He says that we are all sinners and deserve eternal damnation but because of his love He sent his one and only Son Jesus to die a humiliating death on a cross to pay our sin debt for us. All we need to do is to trust God and be saved from our just penalty.

As to what happened to the babies in Noah's time I would refer them to these passages.

Deuteronomy 1:37 Even with me the LORD was angry on your account and said, 'You also shall not go in there. 38 Joshua the son of Nun, who stands before you, he shall enter. Encourage him, for he shall cause Israel to inherit it. 39 And as for your little ones, who you said would become a prey, and your children, who today have no knowledge of good or evil, they shall go in there. And to them I will give it, and they shall possess it.

Isaiah 57:1 The righteous man perishes, and no one lays it to heart; devout men are taken away, while no one understands. For the righteous man is taken away from calamity; 2 he enters into peace; they rest in their beds who walk in their uprightness.

Here is how God described the world that these babies would have grown up in.

Genesis 6:5 The LORD saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every intention of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually...11 Now the earth was corrupt in God's sight, and the earth was filled with violence.

So apparently the merciful God of Heaven doesn't send people who are too young to know right from wrong to Hell and He rescued many children born in a wicked and violent world by taking them away to Heaven before they could grow up and learn the sinful ways of their parents.

You however would appear to be old enough to know right from wrong and so God sent his Son Jesus to save you. The choice is yours. You can either continue to try to find fault with your Creator or you can receive the gracious gift of salvation that He offers and be rescued from this wicked world that is sending the souls of many on a one way trip to Hell.

the flood is in the Bible, no fine print needed.
How will it feel when you face God after death, in front of the One you deny?

What excuse will you use...
you have a few more years to think one up.

FYI - none will work for those who don't believe.
