Media Center with Vista freezes?

Whenever I run Windows Media Center it freezes. I have a brand new laptop with decent graphics card, 2 gigs RAM and Vista.

help?

I suspect your TV Card's BDA driver is the cause of the problem.

My brother is a computing device tech and informed me that vista sucks. He nuked it thoroughly on my computing device and put in XP. sick allow you to understand, I have not had any problems with it in any respect. It runs plenty smoother now. I strongly reccommend this substitute. He did it on my buddy's computing device to boot.
