Go to a college campus on move out day... you are bound to find one that someone wants to throw away because it is super growdy! just need to be cleaned... probably can get one for under $50...

Ok other than that you are going to spend over $100 to get a decent one... I like the 4 cubic foot size... holds a case... plus a couple 6 packs of bottles... and you can squeeze a few little bottles of juice in there...

expect the $150 range or less...

I got mine from Sears. It was the slightly larger one, but OK for a dorm room. It was about $110 at the time in 1991. You can get them even cheaper on craigslist.com.

And yeah, mine from Sears still works fine after all these years, and we keep our beer in it!

In my school, all the teachers swear by there Haier brand mini-frig. You should check out the Walmart website--they have good deals and reasonable shipping.

If you live around any major colleges, skulk around campus and see if you can get one from someone moving out of a dorm that doesnt want to take thiers. I got me a gently used one that works great for $15.
