If two beings have the identical genetics, do they have the same soul? Or two completely different souls? Or, because one of them may have been conceived outside the womb- one has a soul, and the other does not?
More importantly: What about if they are identical twins? Who also have identical genetics?

That is an extremely interesting thought, especially when you consider the case of identical twins as I am sure no one (hopefully...LOL) would argue that they are two separate souls involved and to genetically identical bodies.
Since a clone is in fact a genetically identical twin simply developed and born later persa, how can anyone be absolutely sure whether it would not be a souled being.
Some would use this both as an agruement for and against cloning.
Very interesting thought and those who "believe" they definately know the answer are deluding themselves.
I would theorize that because I believe that the soul infact gives life to the body and not the other way around, that if a human clone was made and it survived to grow and mature that in its' self would be proof that it indeed had a soul.

They are each individual souls,with extremely similar karma. No cloning is possible it will only be twins and it is morally and spiritually unethical and causes one Karma to try to clone.
