I think Patchwork Quilt would be a nice name for her.
Patches for short.
I have been reading some of the answers to your question and i can't believe how rude some people can be.
I'm a huge fan of Friends, so my cats name is Monica, she loves to play with her sister my long haired white chihuahua Phoebe, (sister-in-law named Rachel, so thats out)

Not too original, but how about Patches?
Or wait a few days and see if something about her personality strikes you---and name her after that. Examples: Sassy, Rascal, Nipsy...Enjoy!

Inky- looks like ink splotches?

Spot- typical for a spotted animal

After a few days you'll just start calling her something and it will suit her.

How about these names: Lindy, Sabrina, Sally, Mandy, Clarice, Baby, Gypsy, Magic, Lina, Angel, Misty, or Miranda. Good luck naming your kitten. I hope you enjoy having her around!

Alot depends on her personality. My aunt had a cat named Pita (Pain in the a_ _!) It was also calico and quite the troublemaker.
