Chows are fine on any dog food. One of chows would only eat ol' Roy....however most like Pedigree and it is the brand I have used for years.

Any dog food that is complete and balanced,and doesn't contain corn ,wheat or soy in any form.It should list meat as the first ingredient,and have no artificial colors.It's good to add a little meat,fish and eggs to their diet as well,or a high quality canned food,again without the ingredients mentioned above.

Well, I have a teacup poodle, and Petco has a brand of food called "Royal Canin" or "Eukanuba" it comes in all types for specific breeds. That way you are sure he's getting his proper diet. Be sure that it's not on the Menu Foods recall list! Some pets have died from their foods.

good quality dog food. such as: wellness,chicken soup for the dog lovers soul,blue buffalo,even nutro is better then gravvy train.
