well my brother's friend was over, and my bro has been talking about going with his friend to FSU to keep their band going. this made me really mad, because we are really close, and now he wants to leave me and our family to go to some random college with his friend. so i started saying like 'what if your friend is a murderer, he could be the next dahmer and you wouldn't even know it.'
i only said that to try and stop him from going, which i guess i knew that it wouldn't stop him, but now his friend is really mad about it, and my brother like wont talk to me.
i didn't really mean to call him a dahmer, it was just out of anger.
now i don't want his friend to hate me forever, since i guess they will be friends for a long time.
please help!!

Your brother's friend needs to get over himself. You called him Dahmer, SO WHAT. You can apologize and hope he lets it go.

i do call every person brother and sister,its my habit....i won't be able to call for relaxing.... some adult males are tense,so,its extra helpful to call them brother earlier itself to flee from them.....
