This little boy definately does need help. I think he should be first taken to his family doctor and they should refer him to a psychologist who specializes in children. Or, if there is a counselor at his school they should be able to help find help through the schools as well. The most important thing is that even if his parents are worried that they can't afford medical treatment there IS some kind of help available and they need to seek it before things are worse.

This is a really scary situation. I'd keep my child away from him until he seeks help, especially considering he's putting him in danger. What causes me to wonder is why someone hasn't tried to work with him already, even through school. I would have made sure he was seeing a doctor right after the knife innocent. He's having a lot of emotional issues and ones i wouldn't want my own children to be involved with or witnessing. I would give my support to my nephews parents and remind my nephew that i love him.
Good luck!

this child needs to be looked at by serious medically experienced people and right away becasue some one could get hurt and possible die. Also, you may get into some child neglect issues for not putting the focus where it is needed.

GET PROFESSIONAL HELP NOW! Aggressive behaviors by themselves are normal but these are extreme. If his parents refuse to get him help, contact the child protection agency in your county. They can force him to get help.
