I am looking for a female fskull face with stitching on the face and maybe some type of designs on the face as if the skull is tattooed. She would also be wearing a bandana with big *** earrings.

You should get a tattoo artist or someone else to draw a custom design. Never steal someone else's tattoo. But if you just want some examples to give someone a rough idea:

my tattoo artist has two gypsy skull tattoos that are great, there aren't any pictures of them online tho. maybe you could go to a custom tattoo artist and have them create one for you. i haven't found any on internet searches.
