GUYS...How do us girls know when you just want to be friends ?

Well sometimes its kind of hard to tell but here are some basic guidlines: please remember that they are guidlines :)
1. if the guy tells you that he just wants to be friends
2. if he has a wife, or gf that he's been with for a long time
3. If he never makes a move on you: for example, kissing full on the lips or anysort of kissin
Besides the kissing past the cheek thing when he greets you.
4. Look at everyone elses responses, or you can ask one of your friends who knows about your situation.

They will purposly distance themselfs when it gets too close. I find the best way to keep girl friends just friends is to not think of them as a potential girlfriend. I just think, she is just one of the boys who just happens to have an insite into how females work.
If you cant seperate the 2 you start entering this gray area and depending on which way you want to go this may be bad.

well, do you mean friends without having sex, cause we are guys and always want to have sex. I have some friends who are girls, i met them either when i wasnt single or they werent, so they knew that nothing was gonna happen. Since then ive been lucky enough to still be friends with a couple and have benefits too. Its up to you to figure out how far you want to go.

It is pretty simple to tell - when we don't show any sexual interest, like no touching physically or deep staring.
