There are several different names for Amun Ra
some call him amun and some call him Ra
Ra was believed to be the god of the son and so in the middle kingdom Egyptian people worshiped him as one of their main gods and goddesses.for fear that if they did not he would block out the sun signaling the plaques of Egypt.

Amon and Ra were competing deities in Egypt.
These both were the sun god.
These were combined into one religion by the time David built the temple.
There is a generational name that comes down through families that came from this combining - Ra(y)mon(d).

I'll tell you the truth although most won't believe it, but her it goes: baalzebub, baphomet, zeus, jupiter, thor, ahura-mazda, shiva, pan, ex-lucifer, satan and the devil....as I'm sure guessed by now....none of them are sacred but rather anti-sacred!
