i ride my bike everyday during the summer and really never paid much attention but i was thinking would it make your stomach flatter becuase your sitting on the bike and your pedalling and your stomach muscles are moving? im not chunky and im not looking to lose weight but its just im skinny but my stomach kinda like pops out a bit its not flat flat

its a good cardio workout, but to lose fat you have to do it non stop for 30-50min 4-6 times a week. (the first 20-30min doing cardio body burns its carb sources and only then starts burning fat)

no!!!! good ole' sit ups and crunches are the way to fast abs. also eating foods that will help accelerate your metabolism, proteins and carbs. but be careful with the carbs, high starch foods like breads and potatoes can and add weight and not help take it off. eat right, eat small and frequent and excercise and you'll get those abs.

Well you ask a good question. I would say no because your no going up and down like sit-ups. But it do help your legs thats for sure.

no do crunches and sit ups and if you ride ur bike you get better legs.

YES it does. It also helps ton e your inner thighs.
