1/2 inch 20 tpi torque to 105 ft. lbs. If you have a newer with 9/16 lugs they will be 155.

100 ft/lbs. thats the torque used by tire shops all over,they even have a special socket designed to slip after 100 ft/lb is reached so they dont overtighten the lugs

depends on year and classification, for example:
2001 ram 1500 = 95 ft. lbs.
ram 2500 = 135 ft. lbs.
ram 3500 = 145 ft. lbs.
2007 ram 1500 = 130 ft. lbs.
ram 2500 and 3500 single wheel rear axle = 140 ft.lb
ram 3500 dually = 145 ft. lbs.

It's more important to torque them all even and don't over tighten them cuz you'll warp your brake rotors.
