yes it does work if you take enough but more importantly you need to get the fat loss process started first with changes in the diet and exercise. then once you have achieved fat loss with that adding in green tea or any other diet will pill will help to speed the fat loss process. do not think that by simply adding green tea supplements to your diet that you will lose fat, it does not work that way for most.

It is, but if you enjoy green tea, then I recommend making it from loose tea. For some taste you could add some sugar but not too much, maybe some lemon juice if you'd like. ( No point of losing weight w/ too much sugar! ) Maybe even a squeeze of orange will help. I recommend some fresh juice. This will also help on your intake on natural sugars.
I hope I was of some help.

It may work, but pills are not the healthiest green tea, as they are make of very low grade leaves. It is also too easy to overdose, resulting in unpleasant side effects.
One of my customers lost 25 pounds drinking loose dragon well tea - in 6 months. It probably is a one off, but you can read her story here to see how tea drinking helps her.

Don’t combine fat and carbohydrates. If you consume 2 of the tremendously calorie dense molecules as good, your frame could have issues processing them. You can take each, however at separate situations.
