I have a pain in left elbow and also in my left shoulder. It comes and goes. Is this the result of a pinced nerve?

it could be a pinched nerve or over use of the muscles. The best person to answer this question is your medical doctor or A chiropractor. I advise you to see one as soon as possible. It's no fun having pain. I've enclosed a link where you can find a chiropractor in your area.

Forget the Chiropractors....try this instead:

This is probably the best $15 you can spend. Click the link and read the Amazon customer reviews and then you can decide if you want to buy it (maybe you can find it cheaper on eBay).

I bought a copy and I am very impressed with this book. I had a similar pain you describe and this book helped me relieve the pain.
