You're looking for the old cliches: Diet and exercise. Try to eat multiple small meals in a day, watch your calorie intake, and make sure you're getting the right amount of all the vitamins and minerals you need. Vitamin supplements will help with that. Centrum is a popular brand, and fairly cheap. Also, make sure you get plenty of water, especially before exercising.
As for the exercise itself, cardiovascular is the name of the game. You could try aerobics, but the real weight burners are distance running and swimming. Most people will recommend running, but swimming exercises more parts of your body and is better on the joints. Of course, if you wish, you could do both.

Eat healthy. Don't eat fried or processed (Frozen) foods. Raw foods (Natural) are better for you. Lean meats. Walk, walk, walk. Do some cardio exercises. If you have not exercised for a while talk to your doctor first.
