i wnat to get a tatoo but i want to get it done my kat von d from miami ink i wnant to get my grandmothers picture on my back to remember the time that i once had with her and the love that i have for her do you know where i can get ahold of them and how i can get it done i wnat to try to get it before august that is the 11 year passing

Thats because Kat left Miami Ink, and is opening her own shop back in L.A called "High Voltage Tattoo" TLC is picking up her show which will be called L.A. ink, and I think they start filming in june or july. Go to Myspace and look her up you can get her new shop info and how to go about contacting her, I know she had mentioned it was about a 2 month waiting period to get a Tat done by her, but you could get them by anyone else in the shop aot quicker, GOOD LUCK!!

i would check out her website as a way to contact her, i believe she bounces from certain shops in cali, texas, miami and ny...you can also go to the learning channels website and miami ink's link, you can sign up to have your tattoo done by them if you have a good enough story and you can make it down to florida on your own...its for the show

if you do get one from here, no matter what it is, be prepared to pay a lot

Why don't you do what that one canadian nurse did. Supposedly, he drove all the way from Canada to Miami and got a tattoo done by Kat.

Aside from the 2 month waiting period her portrait work starts with a $700 minimum......There are many exceptional tattoo artists specializing in portrait work. Try the artist/studio search on www.inkednation.com to find someone near you.
