For a real sandwich? Prepackaged lunch meat (turkey, ham, etc) + a slice of cheese. Putting it together takes 30 seconds at most. Just grab bread, grab meat, grab cheese, and you're done. It can be stuck together directly at the fridge, without any utensils. And it takes just a little longer, like 45 seconds, if you squidge a topping (mayo, mustard, or dressing) on it.
