No. A True athiest no more believes in the devil and his power than he does in god. The entire point of athiesm is that there are no gods, no devils, nothing beyond this life what so ever.

No. If you're wondering why people refer to Satanists as atheists, it's because Satanists don't worship the devil. They call themselves Satanists because it's considered to be the opposite of Christians. They don't believe in "a" God. They believe we all ARE Gods.
