I doubt Taco Bell uses unpasteurized milk... It would be a marketing diaster if someone becomes sick from eating unpasteurized foods from a large chain so I believe Taco Bell uses pasteurized milk. I doubt the even use authentic Mexican queso. I bet their queso is cheddar cheese, which uses pasteurized milk.
