There's this kid who I'm pretty good friends with and we hangout with our friends together we are always flirting and i kindof like him and everyone thinks he likes me but the problem is that he has a girlfriend that he really never gets to see and he see's me all the time. Do you that he likes me or just wants to flirt.

Unlike women, guys don't flirt to just flirt. They always do it for a reason. He clearly wants to get a reaction and to see where that can lead, otherwise he wouldn't be wasting his time.
That doesn't mean he has a big interest, but there is one all the same.
