not even a theory, merely hypothesis.

aren't you with the same group of people claiming that anyone religious doesn't know what a theory is?
This is not to say that if enough people believe something it is therefore true. Scientists, for example, have discovered new truths about the universe which overruled previous conclusions. But as science has progressed, no scientific discovery has countered the numerical likelihood of an intelligent mind being behind it all. In fact, the more science discovers about human life and the universe, the more complex and precisely designed we realize these to be. Rather than pointing away from God, evidence mounts further toward an intelligent source.

Good question, however, although you have asked Christians to explain the worlds existence you don't seem to really want a response. I say this because you want Christians to take God out of the picture when discussing the subject of the world's existence. This is impossible for Christians because God is the source from which everything in the universe and beyond it have been derived.

How can you be so sure? Anyone can just say 'the big bang is just a theory' . Take Genesis from the Bible. Was the world actually created in seven days or is God's sense of time bigger? Who knows? But look at the complexity of the world. Read a biology text book. Just look at how complicated just photosynthesis is! Chance of that happening? Realllllly small. And then the chance of everything else happening too? Realllly Reallly Smallllll. Read the Case For The Creator by Lee Strobel, an atheist.

When you see a building, do you not know that there is a builder(architect) even without seeing him. How do you look at a string of DNA and all the tons of information it holds and not know that an intelligent designer put it there. The whole creation screams of an architect. Everything in our universe, from the perfect positioning of the solar system, down to the tiniest cell, are so complicated and magnificent. How can you see these thing and not believe in God. Believing that it all was some cosmic accident is like believing a tornado could hit a junk yard and produce a 747. God Bless!!

Actually, Intelligent Design is a theory.
So is the Big Bang. So is evolution.
Christians don't explain the world's existence, God does in the Bible: Genesis (duh)
God spoke the universe into existence.
Were you there when the world was created? Neither was I, but I know the one who was. I bet you already know our views. You just wanted to make a statement about how you think Christians are stupid.

You're asking Christians how the world came into existence, but we can't say God did it. That makes no sense, much like Evolution itself and the Big Bang THEORY. Guess what?
God really did do it! Genesis chapter 1.
Now back to your cave troll! And have a lovely day.

So is the Big Bang THEORY and Evolution THEORY, but I suppose those answers would be acceptable. It's simple really...when you see a building do you think it just evolved there on it's own? That a big bang happened and it appeared? Or do you know there was a builder? Enough said.

To be a Christian requires having creation as an explanation for the existence of everything (except God himself). Your question is pointless.

Actually God is the answer. Therefore why would I lie?
Read Romans 1:20, just so you know that people are without excuse come judgment day- when they rejected God and His existence.
Are you that confident there is no God?
